You will manage and optimize our vital accounts receivable functions with precision and efficiency. This role emphasizes collaboration and innovation within our fast-paced, finance-savvy team based in the Philippines. If you're seeking an opportunity that will advance your career in financial management, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Perform cash allocations by reviewing bank receipts and applying payments to the correct customer invoices. Use and learn practice management systems (e.g., Nookal) for billing and customer management. Experience with National Disability Scheme (NDS) billing or similar systems is a plus but not essential. Generate and manage timely customer invoices. Monitor and reconcile incoming payments against outstanding invoices. Implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely payments. Collaborate with internal teams for billing resolutions. Analyze accounts receivable reports and metrics for management. Qualification and requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash allocations. Willingness to learn new systems and software. Experience with Nookal or similar practice management software is desirable but not required. 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles. History of optimizing accounts receivable cycles. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Knowledge of credit and collection management. 3+ years of proven experience handling accounts receivable. Proficient with accounting software and advanced Excel capabilities.
