What You’ll Do & What You Need:

  • Manage all HR daily general tasks from queries to HR policies, C&B, Compliance and Labor laws
  • Employee Relations & Engagement to develop the business and employees productivity
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations in the EMEA region.

Who you are

  • At least 2 Years of HR generalist experience in EMEA Region
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable to commute to Metro Manila Area and work from home set-up
  • Adaptability to changing HR policies and business needs.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
