Overview

Responsibilities (illustrative)- Recruitment, interview conduction (initial and exit)
- Collect and monitor completion of new hire pre-employment requirements
- Manage pre-onboarding documentation for new hires
- Coordinate with Recruitment on updates from job offers to completion of pre-employment steps
- Maintain employee databases and 201 files; administer onboarding and orientation
- Implement HR policies and create/distribute internal communications about announcements and policy changes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities
- Clear verbal communication with candidates and managers
- Proficient writing skills to produce reports
- Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees
- Technical requirements: computer specs (Windows/Mac) and standard internet speeds as described; power and internet backup must exist
- Daily tasks: remote-ready roles with daily HR task resolution, onboarding, relations & engagement, training, payroll & benefits, compliance, HR analytics, SOPs, audits, and process improvements
- Experience with HRMS, payroll/benefits platforms, and data analytics tools
- Full-time remote (varies by posting); Pacific Time Zone or APAC/EMEA shifts depending on position
- Weekly payout; shift-based in some postings; standard benefits and potential bonuses
