JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven HR Generalist to be assigned to one of our retail clients. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, timekeeping, compliance, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with store teams to implement HR policies and support day-to-day workforce needs.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for store and support roles
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation in collaboration with store managers
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
  • Support in resolving workplace issues and participating in disciplinary procedures when needed
  • Track employee attendance and ensure proper shift compliance
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to validate and process attendance data accurately
  • Maintain updated employee 201 files and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and client-specific protocols
  • Generate HR reports including attendance, employee turnover, and headcount metrics
  • Provide support in HR activities such as training logistics, benefits coordination, and store audits

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing environments is a strong advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and standard HR procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently in an on-site retail setting
