Overview
This is a remote position. Multiple HR Generalist roles are listed with locations in Taguig, Philippines and remote work options for APAC/EMEA regions. The descriptions cover HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and compliance, analytics, and process improvements across regional scopes.
Responsibilities- Recruitment; conduct interviews (initial and exit); collect and monitor the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements; responsible for all pre-onboarding documentation of new hires; coordinate updates from job offers to completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Timely update of employee database and records; creation and maintenance of employees\' 201 files.
- Administer onboarding and orientation for trainees and new employees; implement policies; create or distribute internal communications regarding announcements, changes, and company policies.
- Maintain employee personnel records; daily HR task case solving; onboarding activities; tracking probation progress; employee relations and engagement initiatives; training and development for new joiners.
- Payroll and benefits administration; ensure compliance with local regulations; produce HR analytics and reporting; conduct HR audits and maintain SOPs; drive process improvements and automation.
- HR policy compliance, compliance training, and handling legal matters related to employment contracts, terminations, and workplace disputes; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Audit daily HR cases, document workflows, and implement improvements; monitor and report on KPIs and HR metrics to leadership.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 2+ years of human resource experience.
- Ability to work within a team and coordinate team activities; clear verbal communication with candidates and managers; proficient writing skills to produce reports.
- Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and employee benefits administration; conflict resolution and grievance management skills; data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools.
- Experience designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives; ability to mediate and foster positive employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRMS and HR analytics tools; understanding of payroll platforms and employment laws; adaptability to changing policies and business needs.
