JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Generalist to join our expanding retail team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth HR operations across branches, handling recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. You'll serve as a reliable partner to both employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture while maintaining consistent HR standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail and office-based positions, from job posting to job offer.
  • Conduct employee onboarding sessions to integrate new hires effectively and reinforce company values.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, guiding disciplinary actions, and promoting a respectful work environment.
  • Oversee attendance monitoring and ensure compliance with timekeeping and scheduling guidelines.
  • Coordinate with payroll to validate time records and address discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee files and HR documentation.
  • Standardize HR processes and ensure consistent application across all store locations.
  • Generate HR reports and track key metrics (turnover, attendance, engagement).
  • Assist with compliance checks, HR trainings, and administration of benefits.
  • Partner with store managers and leadership to promote an inclusive, compliant, and productive workplace culture.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within the retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  • Willing to travel for store visits and provide on-site HR support when needed.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Saturday, with flexibility to accommodate field visits and operational demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
