Job Description
  • Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
  • Work with our Market Analyst group on submissions for clients, including but not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses and reports.
  • Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations.
  • Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients.
  • Work on documentation related to transaction management, building options lists, requests for proposals, letters of intent, etc.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Coach, mentor and manage a team of brokers.
  • Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients’ post-sales support.
  • Help mount and attend various client engagement activities.
Qualifications
  • College Degree in any Business Course.
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus.
  • Professionals with work experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, and Brokerage are encouraged to apply.
