Job Description

Colliers International is a leading global real estate services company undergoing a dynamic transformation and growth phase across Asia. A need has arisen for a Director-level professional to join our Philippines-based operations, focusing on Tenant Representation. This senior position offers a proven brokerage professional the opportunity to further develop their career within a market-leading organization.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Proactively initiate business development activities with existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing, etc.
  2. Assist the Department Head in designing and implementing business plans and programs.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  4. Create relevant marketing materials and client lists.
  5. Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date client database.
  6. Manage transactions.
  7. Create strategic proposals, presentations, and collateral materials.
  8. Support the Department Head in daily operations and administration.
  9. Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions.
  10. Provide high-quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.

Qualifications:

  1. At least ten years of experience in real estate and leasing within the commercial field, ideally in the Philippines market.
  2. Must hold valid real estate licenses for the Philippines market.
  3. Proven track record working with multinational corporations.
  4. Well-educated and trained in the real estate field.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and hardworking.
