Responsibilities Ensure compliance with managed properties with laws, permits, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and safety audits to prevent issues and ensure health, safety, and sustainability. Monitor energy use, inventory, and budgets to optimize costs and resources. Manage procurement, vendors, and contracts, ensuring quality service and compliance. Oversee workspace design, functionality, and flexibility to support productivity and well-being. Prepare and submit reports, memos, and other required documentation accurately and on time. Coordinate with employees, clients, landlords, and stakeholders for smooth facility operations. Supervise and coach the facilities management team; hold regular meetings to address concerns and align goals. Support strategic planning, business development, and client relationship building. Participate in corporate meetings, training, and other organizational activities for professional growth. Educational requirements Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) Desired Skills Lead and motivate teams; coordinate with stakeholders. Solve problems and manage facility projects. Apply technical expertise in building systems. Oversee budgets and ensure safety and compliance. Adapt to changes and maintain strong interpersonal relations. Use data and innovation to improve efficiency and sustainability. Qualifications At least 3 years of working experience in Facilities Management. Willing to work on site. Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
