Tenant Relations Manager

Developing and recommending strategies aligned with the interests of the company. Sustaining tenant's operations and oversee its execution and implementation. Serves as the main liaison between the company and its tenants, promoting positive and effective relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists potential tenants during site visits and inspections.
  • Handles negotiations on commercial terms with prospective tenants.
  • Acts as the representative of the Lessor/Board in finalizing unit and parking lease agreements.
  • Implements decisions made by Management and the Board.
  • Ensures compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Lease Contract.
  • Addresses tenant inquiries and concerns related to the building, billing, and other lease matters.
  • Performs administrative tasks related to selection and placement, employee discipline and development, and performance management, among others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Development/Real Estate Management, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Leasing/Building Management/Tenants Relations
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a managerial role
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills
