Job Description

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of MIS processes and systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the creation of accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement quality assurance measures across all reporting functions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align analytics and reporting strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of MIS professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the Analytics department.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all MIS operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for MIS-related inquiries and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MIS tools, database management, and reporting frameworks.
  • Leadership experience in data management or analytics within the Financial Services industry.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence, and data analysis.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in banking with analytics experience in AML/Fraud reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.


Technical Skills:
  • Database/Querying languages: SQL, Hive
  • Programming languages: Python
  • Data visualization: Quick BI, Qlik, Tableau
