About the Role:

Golfx Corporation is looking for a highly driven and experienced Head of Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our company. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure efficiency, growth, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor branch and team performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff to drive productivity and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with management to set targets, budgets, and strategic plans.
  • Analyze data and prepare regular operational reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations.
  • Coordinate with different teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations management, preferably in retail, service, or related industries.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
