Will be tasked to do Data Analysis, Troubleshooting, Quality Assurance, Persistency, Policy Investigations using Databases (SQL) or Life Asia. Collect and analyze information from stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements. Create and maintain various documents, such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases. Identify areas for improvement in business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity. Work with various stakeholders, including business users and managers, to ensure alignment and collaboration. Supporting role in project management, assisting with planning, monitoring, and risk management.
