Job Title: Chat Support Specialist – Dental Practice & Orthodontic Patients Location: Bacolod City Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Chat Support Specialist to join our virtual team, providing real-time support to patients and dental practice staff. The ideal candidate is either a licensed dentist with an orthodontic background or someone with at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience working in an orthodontic practice . This role requires exceptional communication and typing skills , a strong understanding of orthodontic treatments and terminology, and a compassionate approach to patient interaction.
