Own the Problem : Take full responsibility for customer inquiries and drive resolutions through critical thinking and attention to detail. If issues can’t be resolved immediately, track and elevate appropriately. Create Positive Outcomes : Always look for ways to improve the experience for customers. Educate them proactively, set clear expectations, and look for opportunities to add value in every interaction.
