About the Role: We are seeking a Travel Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world‑class customer service and support to clients in the travel industry. You will handle inquiries, process bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem‑solving. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel‑related services. Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds accurately. Provide customers with information on fares, schedules, policies, and procedures. Handle customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate service delivery. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. Qualifications: At least a High School Graduate or equivalent . With or without BPO experience (experience in a travel account is an advantage). Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City on a shifting or night schedule . Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage.
