Customer Support Specialist – US Healthcare

Location: SFS, OrtigasEmployment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve billing, claims, and system-related inquiries while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. Core Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email Troubleshoot and resolve billing, claims, and system-related issues Follow up with customers to confirm complete resolution of open issues Clearly explain products, services, policies, and procedures to customers Accurately document all interactions and feedback in the CRM system (HubSpot) Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience Monitor recurring customer concerns and provide actionable insights for service or process improvements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry best practices Experience and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer support role Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Knowledge of the medical industry and familiarity with medical terminology Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player Education and Qualifications High school diploma required Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred Why Join Us?
