We’re looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across major platforms and our own webstore. This role will oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations from sales performance and platform partnerships to fulfillment coordination and team leadership. You’ll play a key role in driving online growth, improving store metrics, and ensuring targets are achieved within the defined budgets and timelines. What you’ll do: Achieve sales targets through effective campaign and assortment management Build strong partnerships with e-commerce platforms and manage brand visibility Lead cross-functional collaboration between commercial, fulfillment, and support teams Monitor sales performance, store metrics, and customer ratings Ensure operational efficiency and cost control across all online channels Develop and execute strategies for growth, including future webstore expansion What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 3+ years experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or similar) Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Knowledge in campaign management, pricing, and performance analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
