As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will manage the full sales cycle in one Global Leader Account about ePayment Gateway Solution, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, COO, and CFO of SME businesses from North America. Understand the buyer journey and can lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner. Get used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. Main Responsibilities Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads using Salesforce CRM Serve as the first point of contact with many new and growing businesses interested in our ePayment Gateway Solution Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SME businesses For non-sales leads, or specific inbound sales leads, route the lead to the most appropriate queue based on the rules while maintaining a premier user experience Who are we looking for?
