Key Accounts Specialist

We are looking for a Key Accounts Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing major customer accounts, ensuring strong business relationships, timely collections, and consistent sales performance. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and passionate about delivering results through excellent account management and customer service. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales and volume targets for all company products. Maintain and strengthen partnerships with key accounts to ensure consistent sales growth. Monitor product availability, deliveries, and customer service level (CSL) ratings. Conduct regular business reviews, account visits, and merchandising evaluations. Ensure timely submission of Statements of Account (SOA) and proper reconciliation of receivables. Implement promotional programs, trade marketing activities, and other sales initiatives within assigned accounts. Oversee and coordinate with Third-Party Agencies (TPA) such as merchandisers and area coordinators. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course. At least 2 years of experience in sales, with 1 year in account management preferably in the FMCG industry . Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing key customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office applications and other productivity tools.
