Client Relationship Management: You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of market trends, contributing to the achievement of sales targets. What We Expect Key Account Growth: Track the growth of key accounts, including revenue generated, product adoption, and overall satisfaction. Sales Revenue: Monitor and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth from key accounts. Market Share: Track the market share of Dragon Edge Group's products within key accounts, ensuring a competitive edge in the market. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth and success of key accounts. Client Satisfaction: Measure and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and relationship-building initiatives. You Should Have Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any business related course. Sales Background: Prior working experience in the same or similar role, handling Modern Trade accounts. Experience handling SM/Watsons accounts is an advantage. Strategic Visionary: A proven ability to develop and execute innovative business development strategies aligned with organizational goals. Partnership Builder: Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of establishing and nurturing valuable partnerships. Innovative Problem-Solver: An agile thinker with a creative mindset to approach challenges from multiple angles. Data-Driven DecisionDrago-Maker: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making.
