Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and implementing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing key account relationships on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 corporate/enterprise sales experience in Telecom, IT or High Tech Solutions
  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning
  • Account Management and Customer Service
  • Experience in managing Key Accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
Areas of Responsibility

New Revenue Generation

  • Generate new revenue through new customer acquisition and/or generate more revenue from assigned base accounts
  • Maintain base account revenue by eliminating or reducing the chance of churn
  • Contract renewal and negotiation
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel that has integrity of at least 3x of the monthly new revenue target

Account Management

  • Develop good working relationship at all levels within the customers environment – decision maker, influencer, buyer
  • Be the main point of contact of customers
  • Regularly visit and communicate with customers, relaying any customer feedback to the organization

Reporting and Market Information

  • Regular updates on the CRM ensuring all customer information is complete and updated
  • Regular and prompt reporting of performance
  • Relay market and competitive information gathered to internal teams
