Overview
The role is responsible for the end-to-end support and execution of influencer marketing, media relations, affiliate, and social commerce campaigns across multiple clients. The role combines project management, relationship building, and campaign optimization, ensuring our clients’ stories are told effectively through creators, publishers, and digital partners.
This position is ideal for someone with strong agency background, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for digital-first campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business results.
Key Responsibilities- Influencer / KOL Campaigns: Assist in strategy development and execute influencer/KOL campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relevant influencers, creators, and advocates based on client objectives.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with talent managers and influencers.
- Ensure campaign content is aligned with client brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor influencer performance and provide campaign insights.
- Digital PR & Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and digital media outlets.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and client announcements.
- Support media outreach and secure placements to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Track and report digital media coverage and PR impact.
- Affiliate Marketing & Social Commerce: Support affiliate marketing campaigns and partnerships that drive traffic and sales for clients.
- Coordinate creator-led social commerce initiatives on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and YouTube Shopping.
- Track affiliate performance metrics and prepare client-ready reports.
- Campaign Management & Reporting: Oversee day-to-day execution of influencer, PR, and partnership campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, creatives, media) to deliver integrated campaign outputs.
- Prepare post-campaign reports, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain and update the agency’s influencer, affiliate, and media partner database.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency setting, handling influencer, PR, or partnership campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital PR best practices.
- Experience working with talent managers, media outlets, and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and social commerce tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects across different industries and clients.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player.
