Overview
Role within the Commodity Insights division in Manila, focusing on supporting the Channel Management group, launching new distribution partners and products, and ensuring consistency of processes for Channel Partnerships.
Responsibilities And Impact- Liaise with Channel Partners and Commodity Insights internal departments to facilitate operational processes.
- Lead or support onboarding of new Channel Partners and roll out new products/enhancements across Channel Partners.
- Identify and resolve Channel Partner Excellence issues in a timely manner.
- Support onboarding of new Channel Partners and roll out product enhancements across Channel Partners.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects enabling new and existing processes between Commodity Insights and Channel Partners.
- Support programs to motivate and enable Platts channel partners to drive new business growth.
- Manage content of Partner Portal.
- Address product fulfillment escalations on channel partner platforms.
- Investigate discrepancies in Channel ACV and revenue reporting.
- Address internal and external Sales Rep queries, including billing queries.
- Ensure team process guides, workflows and RACIs are updated regularly.
- Report on Channel activity and lead generation.
- Facilitate Channel Partner Pipeline.
- Provide advanced level reporting and in-depth analysis of Channel Partner activity and revenue.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for Channel management and Finance.
- Deliver bi-monthly presentations/updates to Channel Management.
- Update teams on enhancements and new processes.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and alignment with corporate audit requirements.
- Facilitate governance of the Channel Partner platform.
- Support management of partner contracts details in Salesforce.
- Analyze product offerings and reconcile with internal systems and data feeds.
- Support Channel Working Group initiatives and processes.
- Roll out package-level fulfilment across channel partners.
- Cover Channel Partner Excellence projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in client management, sales operations, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management ability with rapport-building and trust.
- Confident, articulate, with strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
