Overview

Role: Partnerships Manager (full-time, hybrid). Based in Makati with some remote flexibility. The company is Share Treats Innovation, a multinational O2O casual mobile commerce platform aiming to enhance social interactions through treats in Southeast Asia.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, handling account management, and analyzing partnership performance. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. The position is based in Makati, with some flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new Merchants/Strategic Partners for acquisition
  • Acquire new Merchants/Strategic Partners by tracking down viable leads
  • Lead discussions with newly acquired Merchants/Strategic Partners
  • Facilitate onboarding of new Merchants/Strategic Partners (negotiations, presentations, approvals and contracts)
  • Provide Merchants/Strategic Partners support in designing their onboarding into Share Treats’ digital channels and align with their store capabilities
  • Present the merchant services of Share Treats
Minimum Qualifications
  • As a company that focuses on sharing treats and building rewards and loyalty platforms, you must value trustworthiness and generosity.
  • Must have stellar communication and presentation skills. A charismatic personality is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, and Google Suite
  • Must be adept in writing emails
