Job Description Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and User-Generated Content creators (UGCs) for brand partnerships and campaigns. Develop and implement KOL engagement strategies with cross-functional teams. Continuously recruit new KOLs and UGCs for future campaigns. Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, analytics, and conversion rates. Stay updated on beauty and skincare trends on leading social media platforms. Work with KOLs and UGCs for affiliate marketing on various e-commerce platforms. Occasionally assist with offline events. Requirements Proficient in computer applications. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills. Polite, organized, professional, and detail-oriented. Strong time-management and multitasking abilities. Critical thinker and problem solver. Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
