You will make a direct impact by: Leading the application of HR policies and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and audit‑ready. Developing Consultative Compliance Reports that offer leadership actionable insights. Collaborating with Employee Relations and Operations to address employee matters consistently and transparently. Conducting regular reviews of compliance processes to identify gaps and lead improvement initiatives. Overseeing the integration of compliance tools like Teramind, Ashima, and Power BI to enhance data management and reporting. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have 5–7 years of experience in HR compliance, HR operations, or employee relations. Technical Skills: You possess a strong understanding of Philippine labor law and experience with analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Teramind, or equivalent). Non‑Negotiables: Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Bonus Points: Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
