About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong research and communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience using CRM and marketing automation tools to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, industry directories).
- Qualify prospects based on company criteria such as industry, size, decision-maker role, and potential fit.
- Generate, nurture, and manage leads through email campaigns, outbound calls, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies and optimize campaigns for better conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities and interactions within the CRM system.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights on lead volume, quality, and conversion metrics.
- Schedule meetings or demos between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cold email campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or SEO strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on performance metrics.
Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)
- Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps wired internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
- Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
- Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
