Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment/selection, training, and management of the business development team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
  • Identify & contact potential prospects to pursue business opportunities withinPOSM (Point of Sales Material) industry, va networking, cold calls, walk in, and attending trade show.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Proficient in sales techniques, negotiate deals and value propositions to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery.
  • Track sales performance to achieve set KPI consistently.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development inadvertising or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
  • Proven track record of developing business / sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing deals
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to address clients' needs and overcome obstacles in sales process.
  • Computer literate esp in Microsoft office, ie. Powerpoint and Excel.
Tertiary Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
