Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment/selection, training, and management of the business development team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
- Identify & contact potential prospects to pursue business opportunities withinPOSM (Point of Sales Material) industry, va networking, cold calls, walk in, and attending trade show.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Proficient in sales techniques, negotiate deals and value propositions to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery.
- Track sales performance to achieve set KPI consistently.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development inadvertising or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
- Proven track record of developing business / sales and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to address clients' needs and overcome obstacles in sales process.
- Computer literate esp in Microsoft office, ie. Powerpoint and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
