In this role, you'll execute essential tasks like store maintenance, data tracking, competitor analysis, and promotion monitoring. Key Responsibilities Monitor channel KPIs (refund rate, seller score), delivery times, and product content. Track statistics for brand sales, monthly costs, traffic, and conversion rates. Assist Account Managers with store updates for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other channels. Analyze channel performance and propose update strategies based on insights. Conduct competitor analysis (promotions, visibility, content) and present actionable recommendations. Support product promotions by collaborating with Account Managers on product selection, creating tickets, and validating promotional statuses. Track promotion results and provide insights for optimization.
