In this role, you'll execute essential tasks like store maintenance, data tracking, competitor analysis, and promotion monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor channel KPIs (refund rate, seller score), delivery times, and product content.
  • Track statistics for brand sales, monthly costs, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Assist Account Managers with store updates for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other channels.
  • Analyze channel performance and propose update strategies based on insights.
  • Conduct competitor analysis (promotions, visibility, content) and present actionable recommendations.
  • Support product promotions by collaborating with Account Managers on product selection, creating tickets, and validating promotional statuses.
  • Track promotion results and provide insights for optimization.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) and metrics (traffic, conversion rate, buy box)
  • Ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Basic knowledge of competitor research and promotion strategies
  • Collaborative with strong coordination skills across teams
