We are looking for a highly proactive E-commerce Procurement Analyst to help shape our e-commerce product pipeline. This role combines market intelligence with hands-on global sourcing, spotting fast-rising product trends, finding reliable international suppliers, and ensuring quality and cost competitiveness.

This is not a passive purchasing role. You will take ownership of identifying what we sell, who we partner with, and how we scale. As we expand, you will have a clear career progression path into leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor UK-specific product trends on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, and other platforms.
  • Identify high-demand products suitable for white-label and dropshipping models.
  • Research and build supplier pipelines in China, India, Pakistan, Taiwan, Vietnam, and other key regions.
  • Shortlist suppliers with details: MOQ, pricing, lead times, quality certifications, and shipping options.
  • Track relevant international trade shows (e.g. Canton Fair, Global Sources, IndiaMart) and identify potential partners.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on samples, pricing, and production capabilities.
  • Develop a repeatable sourcing and product launch workflow with the founder.
  • Maintain an organized supplier and product-trend database.
  • Provide weekly reports with product recommendations and sourcing insights.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • 56 years in procurement, product sourcing, or e-commerce product research (preferably in a company environment)
  • Familiar with social media-driven product trends (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Experience sourcing globally (Alibaba, 1688, Global Sources, IndiaMart).
  • Excellent research, data verification, and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and supplier evaluation expertise.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and UK consumer trends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience attending or researching global trade shows.
  • Knowledge of white-label and dropshipping supply chains.
  • Skilled in building supplier scorecards and price comparison sheets.
  • Basic understanding of import duties, shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP), and UK compliance.
