About the role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Gothong Southern Shipping Lines, Inc.'. This full-time position will be based in Manila City Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in driving our online sales and digital presence.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and revenue
  • Managing and optimising the company's e-commerce platform, including website, online store, and digital marketing channels
  • Analysing customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and content to drive traffic and conversions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Continuously testing and optimising the e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and drive sales
  • Reporting on key performance metrics and providing recommendations for strategic improvements

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful e-commerce strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimisation, social media, and paid advertising
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and web analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
