Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to align business strategies. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Qualifications Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
