We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across various departments and geographies. This role will support both US and Manila hiring needs, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition through strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and niche job boards.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in both US and SEA markets.
- Handle passive candidate outreach and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Present applicant portfolios and manage client communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to both US and SEA markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and recruitment analytics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with US and PH employment laws and diversity hiring practices.
