Overview On-site - Taguig 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across various departments and geographies. This role will support both US and Manila hiring needs, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition through strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize multiple sourcing channels including Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and niche job boards. Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Maintain accurate records using ATS and recruitment tools. Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in both US and SEA markets. Handle passive candidate outreach and build long-term talent pipelines. Present applicant portfolios and manage client communications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to both US and SEA markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and recruitment analytics. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with US and PH employment laws and diversity hiring practices.
