  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs

  • Guide and mentor junior recruiters
  • Conduct interviews and assess top-level candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in recruitment and team management
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proven success in leading recruitment teams
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
