Responsibilities
  • Ensures that the company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree holder, any course.
  • Keen attention to details with above average communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept on using Excel for creation of reports (Pivot, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools)
  • Proven leadership experience on a Team Lead/ Supervisory capacity preferably in a Financial Services or BPO industry.
  • Extensive experience on employee discipline, performance management, motivation, and coaching.
  • Minimum of Three (3) years’ experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Diagnosing and solving customer software issues in relation to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (NAV) and its associated components (e.g. Add-on, integration, Jet Reports, etc.)
  • Document issues and resolution including all interactions with customers using an online ticketing system (evodesk) based on Service Level Agreements
  • Liaise with consultants, developers, managers, and software vendors for any product issues
  • Contribute to knowledge base library by creating KB articles, blog post, release notes and change documents

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (NAV) in a helpdesk support, consulting, or end user role

Customer Service

  • Collect all details that pertain to Clients/Police requests/investigations.
  • Provide video evidence and still images to clients and police to assist in recovering lost or stolen items, liaising with the authorities when required.
  • Investigate incidents and issues pertaining to client sites and report findings to Manager/Account Holders.
  • Review and prioritize incidents based on urgency and value.
  • Keep Clients/Account Holders informed of the status of all incidents, making sure that constant communication takes place.
  • File and update incident logs as required.

Internal/External Operations Management

  • Ensure all work is completed according to company standards in a timely manner while multitasking efficiently.

  • Aid in the development of appropriate policies and procedures to support and improve service levels within the department.
  • Ensure all actions taken are directly in compliance with the Company’s policies and/or any other regulatory action.
