Job Description

Team Leader for Collection

Responsibilities :

  • Ensures the team achieves goals established for the unit.
  • Plan, direct, evaluate and supervise workflow.
  • Track and coach team members’ performance.
  • Handle escalation in collecting high risk, serious delinquent, or loans requiring special attention.
  • Assist in ongoing monitoring and providing feedback to collectors to ensure compliance with collection policies and procedures, including all call monitoring and quality reviews.
  • Facilitate monthly evaluations and development plans for collectors.
  • Schedule and coordinate team activities.

Job Requirements :

  • High school graduate or college undergraduate (open to apply).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Good decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Experience in leading a team of 10-20 members.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in working with reporting requirements.
  • Preferably with relevant experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or any collection industry.

Salary : Php 15,000.00 - Php 20,000.00 per month

Schedule :
8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay :
13th month salary

Experience :

  • Team Lead: 1 year (preferred)
  • Collection: 1 year (preferred)
