Job title: Team Leader

Experience: 3+ years in a Team Lead role handling Helpdesk team

Responsibilities
  • Participate daily in the training and development of direct reports. Heavy focus on coaching monitored calls to improve call efficiency techniques and sales strategies.
  • Drive accountability in meeting or exceeding expectations regarding attendance, punctuality, and productivity responsibilities.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment that recognizes both the individual and the team\'s successes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Help manage the rollout of new and/or pilot programs/changes to ensure accuracy and completeness, which may include training and ongoing monitoring to maintain quality.
  • Assist management and trainers to develop, coordinate, communicate and train direct reports on program or product changes.
Qualifications
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience handling the Technical Program
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience leading a Helpdesk Team
  • Must be willing to work on flexible schedules
  • Must be willing to work onsite at McKinley, Taguig City
