Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for attending to the needs and concerns of walk-in borrowers, and responding to incoming calls concerning queries of borrowers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
At least one year experience in customer service, frontline related job
Very good in oral and written communications (Filipino and English)
Very good telephone and listening skills
Excellent customer service
Effective interpersonal skills
Attentive to details
Has initiative and reliable
Can establish a good rapport with clients
