Elite Global is currently seeking HIGHLY ENERGETIC and RELIABLE individuals for the following position for its office in Ortigas Center Pasig City, Metro Manila.
POSITION: HR/Admin Associate
The HR/Admin Associate is responsible for providing support to the management-level team. The position also involves the collection of new hire pre-employment requirements, performing a variety of tasks related to employee record-keeping within the organization, job offer documents, and maintaining and safeguarding updates of employees’ 201 files. This role often handles sensitive employee and company information, requiring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to HR/Admin Manager and/or Operations Department
- Monitor employees’ performance and attendance activities along with the HR/Admin Manager
- Coordinate the recruitment process to ensure a timely, organized, and comprehensive procedure is used to hire the right person
- Ensure compliance in the Business Permit processing (new registration and renewal)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with good internships are welcome to apply.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and organized.
- Preferably six months of experience in handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and other Admin tasks.
- Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good team player and requires minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with PC and Mobile gaming.
- Requires strong attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
