Job title

Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and acquiring new distribution channels for our in-house consumer tech products and brand-distributed smart home and robotics products.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and strategize distribution channels to convert leads into sales.
  • Support market and competitor analysis to guide business strategy.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, brand principals, and partners.
  • Assist in supplier negotiations to maximize profit margins.
  • Collaborate with Sales on pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Analyze data to support research findings and uncover market opportunities.
  • Manage business development admin tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on BD initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in business development, sales, or related roles—ideally in tech accessories, electronics, automation, IT, distribution, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience identifying opportunities and engaging external partners.
  • Knowledge of telecom, electronics, interior design, and retail networks a plus.
  • Familiar with foreign OEMs and Philippine distribution landscape.
  • Skilled in market analysis and strategic insight.
  • Basic understanding of negotiations and contracts.
  • Proficient in creating pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Experienced with iWork, MS Office (Word & PowerPoint); CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.
  • Strong grasp of electronics trends and interest in AI and emerging tech.
