Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Track, manage, and report business development activities and progress against targets.
  • Attend meetings, events, and conferences to represent the company and expand networks.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to pipeline management.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client relations is an advantage (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market/industry data.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
