Your role As An Accounts Receivable Officer, You'll Be Responsible For Efficiently recovering outstanding payments and debts from customers. Focusing on contacting individuals or businesses with overdue accounts. Negotiating payment plans with customers. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions related to collections. Account/Invoice reconciliation Liaising with the Banking Team for any misallocations of payments. Ensuring ad hoc tasks are done on timely manner to ensure efficient management of the ledger. What You Need Intermediate Excel Skills Strong analytical skills. Adept at problem-solving and finding solutions to facilitate debt recovery. 3-5 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, credit management, debt collection, or a related field. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Pronto experience highly regarded, large ERP experience desirable.
