Deliver high‑quality sustainable sales in the defined market. Take full accountability for follow‑up actions on behalf of customers. Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to position the company as a value‑added partner. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills; English fluency spoken and written. Confident outbound cold‑calling ability; phone selling competence. Strong pipeline management skills. Prior Experience Graduate of any degree or vocational course; preferably Marketing or Business. 1+ year outbound sales experience, preferred in BPO/KPO industry. Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, highly organized, hardworking, trainable, outgoing personality. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records. Proficiency in managing and updating customer profiles, including sensitive information.
