Your Role As a Tax Associate, you will: Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger, bank accounts, foreign currency payments, etc. Verifies and accurately posts all payments to the correct invoices. Assists customers with account enquiries. Liaises with Audit Collection Services for bad debt recovery. Credit Hold Order Maintenance. Supports the month end process. Actively monitors ATB and chase delinquent accounts. Updates Customer notes in Pronto when liaising with customer via email and/or phone. Answers external trade credit references. Answers phones and attends to queries (both customer and internal operations and sales representatives). Meets KPIs. Performs other duties as required by team leader or key stakeholders within the business. What You Need Non-negotiables At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or debt collection role Proficient in MS Office and email, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with excellent work initiative and willingness to learn new functions Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and support collection processes efficiently About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
