Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential leads through various channels.
- Create and maintain a database of qualified leads.
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics for continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships to influence potential clients.
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or outside sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in lead generation techniques, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, analytical capabilities, sourcing talent, and teamwork.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify and cultivate new leads, maintain relationships, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the sales team.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated, results-oriented, excellent communicator, and adaptable.
