About Our Client
Our client is a company that specializes in designs high-tech cooling systems used in industries like plastics, food production, and energy. They focus on modular, eco-friendly solutions that reduce water and power usage while maintaining precise temperature control.
Job Description
Oversee and drive sales activities in the Philippines for the Plastic & Rubber business segment.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
Identify and secure new customers through direct engagement or collaboration with established sales channels.
Present products and solutions effectively to prospective clients-both in person and virtually.
Understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements in collaboration with the sales engineering team.
Track and manage sales activities using a structured CRM platform.
The Successful Applicant
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in professional sales, preferably in industrial machinery, process cooling, or refrigeration, or selling industrial machine solutions to the Plastic & Rubber / Packaging sectors
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with industrial process cooling and/or refrigeration is an advantage
Understanding of thermodynamics principles
Skills & Attributes:
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills
Professional with excellent presentation skills
Other Requirements:
Must have own vehicle for travel and client visits
