Job Description

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the business in Manila, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the technology, telecommunications & banking sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify market opportunities and expand the company's presence in the region.
• Monitor and analyse market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost management.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  
  

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Candidate Should Have

• A degree in business, management, or a related field.
• +10 years of proven expertise in managing sales and operations within the technology & telecommunications industry.
• Strong C-level network and ability to open doors at decision making levels.
• Solid understanding of digital solutions (Automation, testing, IT services)
• Comfortable discussing both strategic business outcomes and technical details.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
• Ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
• Knowledge of the Manila market and its business landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
