- 10+ years in fintech/payments/financial services or banking with at least 5 years in senior leadership; prior Country Manager or GM experience preferred.
- Proven track record in scaling operations, driving revenue, and managing P&L in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of local regulatory landscapes and market dynamics; willingness to travel and/or relocate as needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.
